The portal is very worst. I tried to renew 2 wheeler policy online. Unable to set the date of registration in the portal. It is not allowing the set the date of registration. Tried many times got tired. Not allowing to renew their own policy. Finally renewed from other insurance company very smoothly. Hopeless service.

This guy s a scam insurance company. They took 50k as an insurance premium doesn’t even respond to a claim properly. And the car sellers like -Lakshmi Hyundai showrooms promote these insurance provider blindly.

MY EXPERIANCE WITH CHOLA MS HAS BEEN VERY BAD. THEY ARE WRCKLESS IN FILLING THE DATA IN THE POLICY AND CUSTOMERS ARE PUT TO LOT OF INCONVENIENCE. THEY DON'T BOTHER TO ANSWER THE QURIES THROUGH MAIL.
