We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Provide exceptional customer service and promptly resolve client complaints. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with sales principles and practices. Experience working with Sales Officer and Branch Relationship Executive roles.
