Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese Chef located in Hyderabad. The Chinese Chef will prepare, cook, and present authentic Chinese cuisine, maintaining the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include designing menus, managing kitchen orders, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, monitoring food supplies, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. Collaboration with team members to deliver exceptional culinary experiences is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing a variety of Chinese cuisines, including stir-frying, steaming, and other traditional cooking techniques
• Menu creation and recipe development skills to innovate and enhance traditional Chinese dishes
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking abilities to handle kitchen operations efficiently
• Previous experience in a culinary setting with knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Ability to adapt to dynamic kitchen settings and meet high-pressure demands during service hours
• Experience in managing food inventory and ensuring ingredient freshness is a plus
• Culinary certification or relevant professional training is preferred but not mandatory
