About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Chinese Chef (Commis I) who enjoys working with woks, sauces, and authentic Chinese flavors. In this role, you will learn from senior chefs, support smooth kitchen operations, and help create dishes that guests love coming back for.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Chinese dishes as per standards
Support senior chefs during daily kitchen operations and busy service hours
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Complete place to ensure smooth service
Keep your workstation clean, organized, and service-ready
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
Store ingredients properly and help reduce food wastage
Use kitchen equipment safely and responsibly

Skills & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen
Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques (wok cooking, sauces, basic dim sum)
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and communication skills
Good time management and attention to detail
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for cooking
