Child Development Associate

Your role involves facilitating the holistic development of children by creating a relationship of mutual trust, attending to their physical, mental, and intellectual needs, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. You will be responsible for tasks such as assisting with homework, organizing educational activities, maintaining discipline, addressing health and hygiene matters, and providing emotional support to children in need. Additionally, you will be required to attend to medical, social, and personal emergencies, accompany children to the hospital when necessary, and conduct Child Committee Meetings.
