Job Title: Chief Veterinary Surgeon

Reports to: CEO

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Veterinary Surgeon to lead our veterinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional medical care to animals, leading and managing the veterinary team, and driving the development of veterinary services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the veterinary team, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.

2. Medical Care: Deliver high-quality medical care to animals, staying up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices and technologies.

3. Team Management: Manage and develop the veterinary team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

4. Service Development: Drive the development of veterinary services, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

5. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of veterinary care, implementing quality assurance processes and protocols.

Requirements:

1. Veterinary Degree: A degree in veterinary medicine (BVSc or equivalent).

2. Experience: Proven experience as a veterinary surgeon, with leadership and management experience.

3. Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of veterinary practices and technologies.

4. Leadership: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

5. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
