Chief of Staff / Strategic PA to Founder

About the Role

This is not a conventional PA or Chief of Staff position. You will be the right hand and trusted shadow to the Founderacross multiple ventures The role requires a highly connected operator who can manage the good, the bad, and the ugly; and navigate the grey areas where business, government, law, finance, media and market realities intersect.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Founder’s strategic fixer; clearing roadblocks, opening doors, and making things happen across government, legal, finance, media, technology, marketing, and supply chains.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times while dealing with sensitive negotiations and high-stakes matters.
• Represent the Founder in meetings (domestic and international) and follow through with execution until results are delivered.
• Bring in networks across governments, banking, investors, suppliers, law and the media, and leverage them to advance company objectives.
• Operate comfortably in high-pressure, ambiguous, or politically sensitive environments.
• Coordinate with the executive team on cross-company initiatives while keeping the Founder’s broader interests aligned.
• Handle special projects end-to-end, often outside the scope of normal business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a power operator; Chief of Staff, Political Advisor, Personal Secretary, Ex Cops etc
• Deep networks across India’s political, regulatory, and business ecosystems (international connections a plus).
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, and loyalty; trusted to handle matters of extreme sensitivity.
• Hands-on problem-solver: can move from negotiating with government to fixing a tech vendor bottleneck to closing a marketing deal in the same week.
• Ability to think strategically yet execute tactically, with relentless drive and initiative.
• Comfortable working directly with a high-profile, fast-moving Founder across multiple businesses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹840,000.00 per year
