About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) / Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead and manage our nursing operations across multiple branches in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 25–30 nursing professionals across various branches.
• Ensure adherence to clinical and operational protocols aligned with NABH standards.
• Oversee and support patient care, with a strong emphasis on chemotherapy and day care procedures.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Regularly travel between multiple centers in Ahmedabad as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing (Post Basic)
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of nursing experience, with hands-on expertise in chemotherapy and clinical leadership.
• Registration: Valid Gujarat Nursing Council (GNC) registration is mandatory.
• Certification: NABH experience is required.
