Chief Mechanic – Multi-Brand Motorcycles

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chief Mechanic to lead our service operations. The ideal candidate should be an expert in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining multi-brand motorcycles, including KTM, Royal Enfield, Bajaj, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Triumph, and more. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and leadership skills to manage a team of mechanics and ensure top-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and service multi-brand motorcycles with precision and efficiency.
• Handle complex engine, electrical, suspension, and performance tuning jobs.
• Supervise and guide a team of mechanics, ensuring work quality and safety standards.
• Maintain workshop discipline, productivity, and smooth workflow.
• Keep updated with the latest repair techniques and motorcycle technology.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, repairs, and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic with multi-brand exposure.
• Strong expertise in premium brands such as KTM, Royal Enfield, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Bajaj, Triumph, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of motorcycle engines, electrical systems, diagnostics, and performance tuning.
• Leadership and team-handling skills.
• Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Passion for motorcycles and customer satisfaction.
