Job Description

To ensure CDMO commercial molecules deliveries inline with customer expectations.
Reviewing and supporting to ensure best plant fitment, correct opex and minimum capex for winning RFPS.
Review & supporting for project dept. for timely completion of projects complying GMP/EHS requirement.
Facilitating & supporting for projects execution, process engineering initiatives, successful trial & validation batches for new products and reviewing the progress with R&D, TSD, Projects and along with all relevant departments.
Aiding department personals training and growth in technical, business and interpersonal skills. To create environment for enhanced teamwork and conducive working atmosphere.
Effective planning and ensuring timely execution of projects execution, process engineering initiatives, trial & validation batches for new products in co-ordination with PDG/Production /QA/QC/EHS etc.
Effective working for getting right RFPs within stipulated time for clinching new business.
Driving the Life Cycle Management of products to improve cost, yield , solvent recoveries etc.
To ensure customer delight and handle customer technical calls , client audits and visits at site.
Creating GMP and EHS compliance as a culture within the department.
Transparency with customer & Providing complete support during customer visit and audits.
Delivering product with desired quality and quantity rights at first time.
GMP compliance on project execution and during product scale up
Scaling up of new / custom manufacturing products conforming to GMP regulations and EHS requirements in the minimum time with desired quality and quantity at competitive price.
Utilizing the available capitals assets in effective manner for new products to operations to investments.
Working on continuous improvements & cost reduction measures in plant operations to maximize bottom line.
Continuous efforts in encouraging technical skills, new ideas, positive approach and transparency with co-department for enhanced teamwork and improve work efficiency.
Responsible for the job responsibilities of his immediate senior in his absence.
To lead team progressively aligning site goals.
Responsible to follow ALCOA+ Principles & Practices on their routine work and create awareness to shop floor team to reduce the ALCOA+ errors.
