Chief Manager Logistics Ops

As a Logistics Operations Manager, your role involves leading the design and continuous optimization of logistics and transportation networks to enhance efficiency, decrease costs, and support scalable growth. You will be responsible for building and scaling hyperlocal logistics capabilities to facilitate rapid delivery models and enhance last-mile performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying, onboarding, and managing logistics partners, with a focus on those providing innovative or technology-driven hyperlocal solutions. - Analyzing performance trends and proactively solving problems to preempt potential risks, while also focusing on process improvement. - Optimizing service network and delivery models to meet cost, Turnaround Time (TAT), and Customer Experience objectives. - Leading digital transformation initiatives by utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data analytics to drive operational decisions. - Efficiently resolving escalations and effectively mitigating potential service breach cases. - Continuously measuring partner performance and making timely decisions to enhance performance and reduce costs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master's degree or diploma specializing in Operations Management being preferred. Possessing a Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is also preferred.
