Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller

As a Finance Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in scaling and enhancing our financial systems and processes to world-class standards, especially during our hyper-growth phase. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with Statutory & Internal Auditors and the Audit Committee, leading automation of end-to-end processes, and implementing new ERP & finance technology products. You will report to the Founders & Board and work closely with various sub-teams of Finance to ensure high-quality outcomes are delivered consistently. Key Responsibilities: - Run all aspects of finance workstreams with measurable KPIs / SLAs - Manage Order to Cash and Acquire to Retire processes - Drive timely and high-quality month-end close and audits - Collaborate with Secretarial & Tax teams for compliance filings - Coordinate with FP&A Teams for complete data capture in Accounting Systems - Be an expert in new age ERPs and support Finance's Digital Transformation Journey - Identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction Team Management: - Assign roles and responsibilities to team members and monitor performance - Support professional development of team members - Provide guidance on day-to-day operations Desired Skills: - 12+ years of work experience - Experience in E-Commerce / SaaS / BankAssurance / NewGen Digital Tech sectors - Proficiency in Finance Systems such as Zoho, Tally, Oracle, SAP - Advanced Excel skills - Strong communication skills - Chartered Accountant with Big 4 experience - Managed a team of 20+ with 5+ direct reports who are also CAs - Passion for driving simplification and automation (Note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description),
