Chief Financial Officer

Location:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  Finance department

  , directly reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with

  RBI, Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act

  regulations.
• Oversee

  statutory, IFRS, and internal audits

  , ensuring timely completion.
• Handle

  direct & indirect taxation

  , tax planning, assessments, and litigation support.
• Prepare financial reports for

  RBI, Ministry of Finance, and investors

  .
• Manage payroll, TDS, VAT, CST, and return filings with accuracy.
  
• Implement effective

  financial controls

  and drive improvements in internal systems.
• Supervise day-to-day finance operations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  
• Partner with external auditors and regulatory authorities for compliance and governance.
  

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification

  from ICAI (Mandatory).

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience

  in Finance & Accounts.
• Minimum

  6 years in senior roles (Chief Accountant/Finance Manager)

  .
• Strong

  experience in Banks or NBFCs

  (Mandatory).
• Proven expertise in taxation, auditing, MIS reporting, fund management, and RBI compliance.
  
• Exposure to

  start-ups/fintechs

  is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in

  Tally

  ; knowledge of

  Zoho Books

  is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
