Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a candidate for this position, you should be a Master's / MBA / CA in accounting, business accounting, or finance. You should have a minimum of 20 years of experience, with a specific requirement of 15 years of Taxation & Auditing Experience. Your knowledge should include Tally ERP/Prime, GST & TDS. Key responsibilities for this role include: - Demonstrating excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity - Possessing exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills - Understanding advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning - Coordinating the development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets - Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit - Researching revenue opportunities and economic trends - Analyzing internal operations and identifying areas for cost reduction and process enhancement Qualifications required for this position are: - Master's / MBA / CA in accounting, business accounting, or finance - Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, GST & TDS - Minimum 20 years of overall experience - Specific 15 years of Taxation & Auditing Experience Please note that immediate joiners with proven experience will be preferred for this full-time, permanent position.
