Job Description

Fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English is mandatory. Manage the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes. Oversee accounting, audit, tax, and compliance functions. Monitor and report on the company’s financial performance, KPIs, and key financial risks. Develop and implement policies and systems for effective financial management and internal controls. Oversee fundraising efforts, including capital structure and investment analysis. Lead the finance team, ensuring development, performance, and alignment with business goals.
