Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Provide expert financial analysis and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance, accounting, and legal teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Reporting & Compliance: Oversee all financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (GAAP, SEC, etc.). Manage all audits and ensure robust internal controls.
Capital Management: Manage corporate treasury, including cash flow, investments, and capital structure. Lead fundraising activities, including securing debt and equity financing.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement strategies to protect the company's assets and ensure financial stability.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Lead financial due diligence for potential M&A activities and other strategic transactions.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4-5years experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field/MBA
Pay:Up to 40,000 per month
