Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled CFO to oversee our company’s financial strategy, planning, and compliance. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in accounting and taxation with strategic leadership to drive business growth, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, corporate filings, and statutory audits.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor working capital, manage liquidity, and optimize banking relationships.
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks, implement internal controls, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage capital raising efforts (debt/equity), liaise with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
• Business Partnering: Work closely with other departments to evaluate financial performance and support operational strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 10–15 years of post-qualification experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record as a CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader in [industry – e.g., manufacturing, IT, start-ups, etc.].
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and FEMA regulations.
• Hands-on experience in financial modeling, MIS reporting, ERP systems, and compliance management.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
