Chief Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect - Director at Ivy Mobility, you are a key member of the core product development team, reporting to the VP - Engineering. Your primary responsibility is to design processes, enforce relevant architectural patterns, optimize IT infrastructure, and drive technology initiatives to enhance business operations. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals to oversee the IT infrastructure and direct enterprise architecture models. - Drive innovations and product improvements by identifying technical opportunities for enhancement in the product stack - Contribute to grooming and implementing backlog items for a more robust, self-healing, and futuristic product - Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance - Collaborate with various teams to solve internal and customer-facing issues - Analyze product usage data to optimize operational costs and application maintainability - Identify bottlenecks in applications and propose solutions for optimal performance, quality, scalability, security, and responsiveness - Suggest cost reduction ideas for IT and business leadership - Ensure the efficiency, security, and alignment with organizational goals - Develop compliance architecture methods such as data storage, metadata management, and change control - Create business architecture models in line with product strategies and goals - Enhance employee knowledge and skills to support future growth - Mentor and train the tech lead and architect community on best practices and technology trends - Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred - 18-22 years of overall work experience with 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect or similar role in a SAAS product development organization Ivy Mobility is a company that values innovation, collaboration, and employee development.,
