Responsibilities

• Lead the development of PHP/Java-based

  web applications and systems

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions using a variety of frameworks, including

  Play, Spring, Yii, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, or Zend

• Develop and optimize efficient

  HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3

  , with a focus on mobile environments.
• Implement

  web services and serialization techniques

  like REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
• Utilize and manage

  caching mechanisms and tools

  such as Memcache, CDNs, and nginx.
• Create quick technology solutions using

  Shell/Python scripting

  .
• Take full

  responsibility and ownership

  of the team's work, ensuring project success.
• Effectively manage both internal and external technical teams.

Skills

• Strong expertise in

  PHP/Java-based web applications

  .
• In-depth knowledge of

  LAMP, Linux/UNIX-based development

  , SQL databases, Apache/NGinx/WebSphere, and

  client-side JavaScript/jQuery

  .
• Expertise in web application frameworks like

  Play, Spring, Yii, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, or Zend

  .
• Knowledge of

  Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)

  , their utility, and limitations.
• Strong command of efficient

  HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3

  .
• Experience with web services and serialization techniques like

  REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON

  .
• Expertise in

  caching mechanisms and tools

  .
• Scripting experience in

  Shell/Python

  .
• Prior expertise with

  AWS Cloud, CDNs, and other PaaS-based services

• Hands-on exposure to

  TCP/IP socket-based programming and protocol implementation

  (HTTP, XMPP, etc.).
• Strong penchant for

  Object-Oriented Design

• Experience with version control, bug tracking, and continuous integration software (

  SVN, Bugzilla, Jira

  ).
• Prior experience with

  Agile software methodologies

• Must have skills:

  DynamoDB, AWS, Node.js, and MongoDB

Qualifications

• A

  B.Tech, BS, BE, BS, MS, or M.Tech in Electronics or Computer Science

  from a premier institute.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
