Chief Architect - Test Automation

Job Summary:
In this role you will be responsible for defining and executing strategies to create test automation and execution for a complex Fare Collection System/Platform from edge device, platform to Mobile/Web based application. Responsibility includes design, architecting and provide framework to team to automate application testing, API automation, device automation etc. leveraging automation and AI capabilities. This involves work to automate on-premise system and then migration of these systems to AWS. You will lead teams of domain experts, design thinkers, data scientists, test and automation engineer. Discovery, Design, Build, Scale to deliver impactful innovations in our clients businesses. Your efforts will help accelerate revenue growth and drive operational efficiencies by creating breakthrough digital and AI automation solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, partners, and other Cyient teams to define and validate business problems/opportunities to address through innovative technology interventions

-Responsibility includes design, architecting and provide framework to team to automate application testing, API automation, device automation etc. leveraging automation and AI capabilities. This involves work to automate on-premise system and then migration of these systems to AWS
• Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives involving Test case automation and execution for System Integration testing and V&V. • Establish governance processes to ensure effective execution of test automation programs • Ensure delivery of tangible outcomes from ideation to prototyping to scaling up through appropriate investments in people, process and technology • Lead, Architect, provide solution and mentor teams to develop skills required to solve complex problems using these emerging technologies

- Identify the existing Test Cases (Regression) | Generate the new Test Cases , Test Execution Automation to Reduce Test preparation time | cost , Augment tester with necessary information for quick decisioning.
• Qualifications: • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT services, consulting, product engineering or related industries, including at least 7-8 years in Test and AI Automation testing • Experience in Digital Transformation, Test Automation & AI, Emerging Technologies, , Agile Methodology, DevOps, • Proven track record of developing and implementing, Test Automation & AI leveraging latest technologies like AI. ML. Generative AI etc • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior management, employees, clients, partners, vendors, and regulators • Ability to travel as needed
