Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Chesters brand and values Design Interests Assist marketing team with design and development of marketing creatives for store activations and the brand. Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics to support a superior customer experience. Operational Excellence Manage inwarding and outwarding of products, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth flow of inventory. Create and maintain accurate invoices and transaction records. Maintain showroom aesthetics and product displays in line with Chesters’ brand guidelines. Relationship Building Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and design professionals visiting the showroom. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high standard of service and communication.
