Position: Chemistry Faculty (NEET Coaching – English & Tamil Medium)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Teach Chemistry (Physical, Organic, and Inorganic) for NEET aspirants in both English and Tamil medium.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging classroom lectures, doubt-clearing sessions, and interactive problem-solving classes.
• Design and evaluate assignments, tests, and mock exams to monitor student progress.
• Guide students with concept clarity, shortcuts, and exam-oriented strategies.
• Contribute to study material preparation and ensure syllabus coverage within the given timelines.
• Mentor and motivate students to achieve top ranks in NEET.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a supportive learning environment.

Qualification & Skills:

• M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Chemistry (preferred) with a strong academic background.
• 2+ years of NEET/JEE/Competitive Exam teaching experience (freshers with exceptional subject knowledge can also apply).
• Strong command over subject fundamentals and NEET exam patterns.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil.
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring medical aspirants.
