Chemist with Tea Experience

As an experienced professional in the field of food technology, your role will involve leading the research, development, and formulation of various tea extracts for both existing and new products. You will be responsible for analyzing and understanding the chemical components of tea and botanical extracts to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Regular quality testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies will also be conducted by you to maintain consistency in taste, aroma, and nutritional profiles. Your expertise will be crucial in collaborating with production and quality teams to optimize extraction processes, enhance ingredient utilization, and improve overall efficiency. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all products meet food safety regulations, industry standards, and company guidelines globally. Additionally, working closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams will be essential to drive product innovations and enhancements. To excel in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, B.Tech, or a related field. A substantial amount of relevant experience in food technology, particularly focusing on botanical extracts, will be required. Proficiency in analytical testing methods and equipment is a key skill that you should have to successfully fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
