Chemist with Tea Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Tea Extract Development: Lead the research, development, and formulation of different tea extracts for both current and new products.
• Chemical Composition Analysis: Analyze and understand the chemical components of tea and other botanical extracts, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Product Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies to ensure the consistency of taste, aroma, and nutritional profiles.
• Process Optimization: Work closely with the production and quality teams to refine extraction processes, optimize ingredient utilization, and improve efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with food safety regulations, industry standards, and company guidelines worldwide.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the R&D, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams to drive product innovations and improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, B.Tech, or a related field.
• Relevant experience of a good no. of years in food technology, ideally with a focus on botanical extracts.
• Proficiency in analytical testing methods and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
