Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Performing experiments involving multispectral imaging Chemical analysis of effects before and after multispectral probing of fruits Collection of chemical data from fruits based on a set of chemical reactions Analysis of fruit data Arriving at conclusions on fruit sweetness and quality based on analysis Working with agricultural research scientists on methods of internal quality analysis Preferred candidate profile : Experience in biochemical analysis of fruits/vegetables Knowledge in using analytical instruments (UV Vis Spectrometry) Familiarity in working lab environments Familiarity with software tools/databases for storing and analyzing data
