Chemical Operation Executive

· Should have strong technical knowledge about chemicals.

· Have very good understanding of Chemical SDS sheet.

· Know when and how to use inert gas while drum filling and while tank to tank transfers.

· Should have knowledge regarding cleaning chemicals

· Should have knowledge on EHS (Environmental, Safety and Health) polices.

· Should have knowledge of chemical labelling.

· He has to have knowledge of liquid commodities that are being imported by traders for reselling in the market

· Need to target hinterland business

· Need to identify small manufacturers who do not have drumming facility

· Identify from the second hand IBC market who buys 2nd hand IBCs and sells used IBCs

· Ops planning with the depot and Customers for their transfer schedules and make necessary arrangements with his team.

· Monitor Daily Tank to Tank Transfer Drumming Heating Operation

· Maintain Data and Share Daily reports with the customer.

· Share the Operation details with the billing team to raise the Tax Invoices.

· Share the Invoices as well as followup on outstandings with the Customer.

· Communicate effectively with technical staff and senior management on the status of priority accounts and ongoing projects.

• Document and track the progress of all accounts, opportunities and discuss with reporting officer

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and attending exhibitions when needed

· Have regular training schedules for his team under EHS department guidance.

Ensure all blue collar staff are well trained in PP and safety gears when dealing with chemicals.
