As a Senior Field Sales Executive specializing in Industrial Sales of oils, lubricants, water/chemical tanks, and cabins, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and convert potential industrial clients across various segments such as manufacturing, RMC, fleet operators, and crusher units. Your role will involve promoting and selling a range of products including industrial oils, coolants, lubricants, Sintex water & chemical tanks, and portable cabins. To excel in this role, you will need to conduct regular field visits in Bangalore, Hosur, and Mysore to nurture client relationships and explore new business opportunities. You will be expected to deliver product demos and proposals to key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions from our product portfolio. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive deal closures with a strong emphasis on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed activity reports, update the CRM system with lead status, client feedback, and follow-ups. Staying informed about competitor activities and market trends in the industrial sector will also be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess 4 to 8 years of experience in field sales of industrial products such as lubricants, coolants, Sintex tanks, chemical containers, or prefabricated cabins. Candidates based in Bangalore with a willingness to travel extensively across Hosur, Bangalore, and Mysore will be given preference. Familiarity with the mentioned products, a proven track record in dealing with industrial customers, and the ability to close high-value deals are essential requirements. Candidates should currently be employed or have a career gap not exceeding 1 month. It is mandatory to own a two/four-wheeler with a valid driving license. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time position.
