Role Overview: As a Chef de Projet Communication Mdicale France, your main mission is to develop and adapt medical communication tools for the French market. You will be responsible for managing the printing, delivery, supplies, and stocks of these tools, as well as overseeing the budgets related to them. Additionally, you will organize scientific and medical events, including national congresses, in line with the annual plan set by the Director of Medical Visits France. Your role will also involve liaising with the Medical Sales Representatives Network in France, presenting the medical communication plan during medical visit seminars, and conducting field visits. Furthermore, you will be tasked with tracking and analyzing product prescription performances, evaluating competitors" communication and performance, monitoring promotional material stocks, and managing budgets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and adapt medical communication tools for the French market (ADV, dosage sheets, arguments, kakemono, congress banners, brochures, etc.) - Manage printing, delivery, supplies, and stocks of communication tools - Monitor and manage budgets related to communication tools in coordination with the Director of Medical Visits France and the Operational Marketing Manager France - Organize national congresses and events for healthcare professionals, including logistical arrangements, communication support creation, and brand ambassadorship - Liaise with the Medical Sales Representatives Network in France to present the communication plan and conduct field visits - Track and analyze product prescription performances, competitors" communication, promotional material stocks, and manage budgets effectively Qualifications Required: - Background in scientific studies with experience in marketing/communication - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic industry related to medical visits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Fluent in English - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field (including internships and apprenticeships),
