As a member of the DBF team representing Audi and Volkswagen in the grand Sud-Ouest, you will be part of a family-owned group that values professional excellence and innovation in order to ensure long-term customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our dealership, including: - Managing telephone communications with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency - Welcoming and assisting clients - Directing customers to the appropriate contacts - Continuously improving customer satisfaction and quality indicators - Promoting the company's image - Organizing events - Assisting various departments with tasks such as administrative work, data entry, and formatting This list is not exhaustive. The ideal candidate will have a successful previous experience as a receptionist or hostess, ideally in the automotive industry or a service sector (e.g., tourism, hospitality, airport services, administration). You should be dedicated to providing high-quality service and ensuring that our customers feel welcomed and valued in a friendly environment at our dealership. We are looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, and friendly, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks. You should be comfortable interacting with clients and proficient in computer tools and office software. This position is based in Mrignac with working hours from Monday to Friday, totaling 39 hours per week.,
