Role Overview: As a Chef de Projet Communication Mdicale France, your main mission will be to develop and adapt medical communication tools for the French market. You will also be responsible for organizing scientific and medical events, managing the relationship with the medical representatives network, and analyzing performance data. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and adapt medical communication tools for the French market, including ADV, dosage sheets, arguments, congress banners, brochures, etc. - Manage printing, deliveries, supplies, and stocks of communication tools within the allocated budget in coordination with the Director of Medical Visits France and the Operational Marketing Manager France. - Organize national congresses according to the annual plan set by the Director of Medical Visits France, including logistics, creation of communication materials, and brand ambassadorship. - Coordinate and participate in events for healthcare professionals in France, such as evenings, speaker dinners, seminars, and round tables, in collaboration with various stakeholders. - Present the French medical communication plan at medical visit seminars in coordination with relevant stakeholders and conduct field visits. - Monitor and analyze product prescription performance, competitor communication and performance in France, and stock of promotional materials with budget management. Qualifications: - Background in a scientific field with experience in marketing/communication. - Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or dermo-cosmetic industry related to medical visits. - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Fluent in English. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field, including internships and apprenticeships.,
