We are looking for a CDP in South Indian Cuisine to join our team at Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa. As a CDP, you will work under the Head Chef, managing kitchen operations for South Indian cuisine, crafting authentic dishes, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, maintaining consistency, controlling costs, and upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience as a CDP specializing in South Indian cuisine preferably in a resort or hotel.
  • Well-versed in all aspects of South Indian cuisine, from traditional recipes to modern plating techniques.
  • Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under the Head Chef and collaborate with the team.
