Required: CDP – Gujarati Cuisine

For a reputed Gujarati Restaurant

We are hiring an experienced CDP (Chef de Partie) Specialized in authentic Gujarati cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and oversee all traditional Gujarati dishes (Undhiyu, Kadhi, Thepla, Farsan, Handvo, etc.)

• Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards

• Lead and train junior kitchen staff in Gujarati food section

• Ensure hygiene, consistency, and timely service

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Gujarati cooking

• Strong knowledge of authentic regional recipes

• Leadership skills, honesty, and reliability

• Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently

Salary as per experience + food & accommodation provided

Location: Surat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
