Job Title: Senior IT Desktop Engineer Experience: 5 Years Location: Nariman Point Department: IT Support Reports to: CTO Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Desktop Engineer with 5 years of experience to lead and support our organizations end-user computing environment. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex technical issues, ensure seamless IT operations, and implement best practices to maintain high system availability across desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 desktop support to end users, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals across multiple locations. Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions in Active Directory/Office 365. Perform proactive system maintenance, including patch management, antivirus updates, and scheduled backups.
