About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Chat Support Intern to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess excellent communication and multitasking skills, and be passionate about engaging with customers through chat platforms and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and WhatsApp.
• Assist in handling queries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain chat records and follow up on customer interactions.
• Support marketing and communication activities on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong typing and chat-handling skills with a friendly and professional tone.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
• Freshers or recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
