Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to incoming customer chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or forward queries to the concerned department.
  • Collaborate with other teams for issue resolution and operations support.
  • Learn and use internal tools and platforms effectively.
  • Assist in daily operational activities as required. Benefits

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and common sense in handling queries.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT and computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Educational background in Business, IT, or related fields is preferred (not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
