WNS IS HIRING FRESHERS WANTED!

Chat Process (3-Month Contract) | US Shift | Viman Nagar

Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional and friendly manner
Provide quick and accurate responses to customer issues
Maintain high-quality service standards and achieve performance targets
Document and update customer interaction details in the system
Work in US Night Shift timings
Follow company guidelines and processes strictly

What We Are Looking For:

Freshers (Graduate / Undergraduate) are most welcome!
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to work in a night shift (US shift)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
