Sports Process - JOB DESCRIPTION RMG Screening, Written Non-voice Versant (4) and Ops. Round will be the interview levels. Typing speed in Non-voice versant is 30wpm and 85% accuracy Manual written test (scenario based test) Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via Email/Chat. Should have good written communication in English. Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities. Fixed Day shift and Two days Rotational week off. Work Location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore. Experience: Min O months to 2 years. UG: Under - Graduate or Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate. NO Transport Salary - Freshers - INR 2.7 LPA, EXP - INR 3.2LPA.
