*Job Title:* Sports Process *Job Description:* - The job involves resolving customer queries via email or chat. - Candidates should have good written communication skills in English. - Basic knowledge of customer support roles and responsibilities is required. *Requirements:* - Typing speed: 30 words per minute (wpm) with 85% accuracy. - Manual written test (scenario-based). - RMG screening, written non-voice versant (4), and operations round will be part of the interview process. *Work Details:* - Fixed day shift. - Two days rotational week off. - Work location: Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore. *Eligibility:* - Educational qualification: Under-graduate or any graduate, or post-graduate. - Experience: 0 months to 2 years. *Salary:* - Freshers: INR 2.7 LPA. - Experienced candidates: INR 3.2 LPA. *Additional Information:* - No transport is provided.
