Job Description:

Mahanagar Gas Ltd is hiring for the Email and Chat Backend Process. We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills to manage customer interactions and ensure efficient issue resolution via email and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email and chat
• Handle backend support operations related to gas services and billing
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues effectively
• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong comprehension and grammar abilities
• Multitasking and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Typing Speed Requirement:

• Minimum 25 to 35 words per minute with high accuracy

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th pass)
• At least 1 year of experience in an email process or backend customer service role
