As an Oracle or Microsoft D365 Applications Solutions Provider, you will be responsible for delivering solutions to a diverse range of clients, contributing to high-profile projects. Your role will involve assisting customers to optimize the strategic business value derived from our products, offering them a clear vision of their end-state solution and roadmap. By evaluating the unique business requirements, needs, and objectives of each customer, you will translate these into company processes, solutions, and modules to be implemented. Your expertise will be crucial in analyzing and resolving complex customer issues related to data and processes, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the customer lifecycle by collaborating closely with presales, professional services, and support teams. To excel in this role, you should be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-3 years of experience. Alternatively, semi-qualified Chartered Accountants who are not currently pursuing CA are also encouraged to apply. A strong inclination towards joining the IT/ERP industry is essential for this position, with the base location being Noida.
