Key Responsibilities

• Handling Accounting function of the unit Independently

• Preparation of Monthly MIS before 5th of Next Month

• Monthly Budget preparation & monitoring the budget and ensuring proper budgetary controls.

• Input output reconciliation

• Monthly Business line profitability statement

• Monthly Value addition report of imported /Traded/focus products

• Product costing

• Coordination for sales reporting in various formats

• Co-ordination with internal/ statutory auditors

• Ensuring accurate and timely compliance of Audit suggestions and recommendations.

• Scrutiny of books on regular basis to ensure correct accounting

• Variance Analysis of quarterly Profitability against Budgeted Profitability.

• Monthly monitoring of variable manufacturing expenses against budget expenses .Stores & repairs & Power & fuel

• Job work material reconciliation

• Co-ordination in Manufacturing module
