Handling Accounting function of the unit Independently
Preparation of Monthly MIS before 5th of Next Month
Monthly Budget preparation & monitoring the budget and ensuring proper budgetary controls.
Input output reconciliation
Monthly Business line profitability statement
Monthly Value addition report of imported /Traded/focus products
Product costing
Coordination for sales reporting in various formats
Co-ordination with internal/ statutory auditors
Ensuring accurate and timely compliance of Audit suggestions and recommendations.
Scrutiny of books on regular basis to ensure correct accounting
Variance Analysis of quarterly Profitability against Budgeted Profitability.
Monthly monitoring of variable manufacturing expenses against budget expenses .Stores & repairs & Power & fuel
Job work material reconciliation
Co-ordination in Manufacturing module
