Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Real Estate Group

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Ensure statutory compliance with
Income Tax, GST, RERA
, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare and monitor
budgets, MIS reports
, and oversee
financial planning and cost control
.
Lead internal and statutory audits; ensure accuracy and transparency in financial statements.
Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Handle
project-wise accounting
,
cash flow management
, and
fund utilization
.
Build, train, and supervise the finance & accounts team to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with
minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
.
Prior experience in the
real estate or construction industry
is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of
accounting standards, taxation, GST, and RERA compliance
.
Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with top management.
