Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & Assess

  direct and indirect taxation and assessment

  work

  for clients.
• Review

  Income Tax Returns

  ,

  GST Returns, TDS Returns

  , and related documentation.
• Assist in

  tax audits

  ,

  statutory audits

  , and

  internal audits

  .
• Provide

  tax planning and advisory

  to clients while ensuring compliance with current tax laws.

• Finalization of books of accounts

  in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Liaise

  with

  tax authorities, clients,

  and

  team members

  for smooth execution of assignments.
• Keep updated with amendments in

  tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare

  management reports, MIS, and financial analysis

  as needed.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor the performance of the team and ensure that deadlines are met with high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA qualified

  with 1

  – 3 years of post-qualification experience

  in a CA firm.
• Strong knowledge of

  Income Tax, GST, TDS, Accounting Standards, and Companies Act

  .
• Proficiency in

  Tally, Excel, and accounting software

  (knowledge of cloud-based tools like Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Busy is a plus).
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
