Job Description

Charge Entry: Review medical records, encounter forms, and super bills to accurately enter patient charges into the billing system. Ensure charges are coded correctly using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Claims Processing: Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, both electronically and through paper forms. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Follow up on outstanding claims and address denials. Payment Posting: Post payments and adjustments from insurance companies and patients. Reconcile payments and ensure accuracy.
