Job Description

Charge Entry: Review medical records, encounter forms, and super bills to accurately enter patient charges into the billing system. Ensure charges are coded correctly using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes. Claims Processing: Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies, both electronically and through paper forms. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Follow up on outstanding claims and address denials. Payment Posting: Post payments and adjustments from insurance companies and patients. Reconcile payments and ensure accuracy. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Night shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 11/04/2025
