We are currently seeking an Independence / Conflict of Interest Analysis Manager for our Audit business. In the heart of the relationship between the auditor and the client, you will ensure the daily compliance with the independence principles applicable to EY. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main contact for the global EY network for all independence / conflict of interest issues related to the acceptance of service offerings. - Analyze requests and implement policies that ensure compliance with independence standards during mission execution. - Ensure compliance with the approval procedures for these services by the auditor and the client. - Be the trusted contact for the audit team regarding all independence-related topics. (Analysis, Procedures, Reporting) Qualifications Required: - Graduates from a business school, engineering school, or university. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a risk management department, ideally in a firm or a regulated profession. - Proficient written and spoken English.
