Characterization Engineer

As a Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in planning, designing, optimizing, verifying, and testing electronic systems, circuits, and mechanical systems. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of cutting-edge products by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop test strategies and execute Bench characterization for LPDDR & PCDDR Subsystem components and High-Speed IO interfaces - Drive first Silicon debug, evaluate semiconductor fabrication processes, and perform failure analysis to address design issues - Utilize Bench instruments such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and logic analyzers - Write and debug test code using languages like C, C#, or Python - Work with global teams in a time-critical environment Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field - Relevant work experience in Electronics engineering - Solid understanding of DDR and High-Speed IO circuit analysis techniques - Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes - Hands-on experience with CAD software such as Mentor Graphics DA or Cadence Allegro - Proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written If you are interested in joining Qualcomm's dynamic team and contributing to innovative projects, please reach out to Qualcomm Careers for further information.,
