Job Title: Channel Sales Manager Residential Apartment Projects
Location: Bangalore9.30 - 6.306 Days working
Salary - 14.4 LPA
Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and engagement activities with CPs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel network.
Drive conversions from CP leads and ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
Educate partners about new launches, pricing, project updates, and offers.
Conduct regular product and sales training sessions for CPs.
Gather competitor insights, pricing trends, and channel feedback.
Provide strategic inputs to management for pricing and sales planning.
Plan and execute channel partner meets, reward programs, and incentive schemes.
Coordinate with the marketing team for collateral and digital support.
Maintain and update sales MIS, partner database, and lead reports.
Work closely with internal teams (CRM, Marketing, Operations) for smooth execution.
Sales Achievement: 100% of assigned monthly/quarterly sales target
Lead Conversion Ratio: >20% of CP-generated leads to bookings
Partner Engagement: Conduct minimum 2 CP meets/month
Market Intelligence Reporting: Weekly competitor & trend report
Retention Rate: 80% of active CPs contributing sales quarterly
