You will be joining Taradevi's Enclave as a Channel Partner (CP) Manager in the Vacation Homes sector. Your role will involve developing and managing the channel partner network, recruiting, training, and motivating CPs for consistent sales, coordinating site visits and deal closures through partners, and monitoring partner performance against targets. Qualifications required for this role include mandatory experience in the Vacation Home real estate sector, a proven background as a CP/Channel Partner Manager, strong relationships with brokers and channel partners, excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive partner onboarding and sales closures. About the Company: Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a group of investors and first-generation entrepreneurs who have curated multiple sites in Shimla and other parts of North India, with a combined development potential of approximately 40 lac sq ft. The company is focused on launching new projects every 6 months, with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. As part of the team-building process, the company is hiring across various verticals and levels to meet its targets. Salary: The salary for this position is up to 12 Lacs per annum, based on experience and performance. Education and Experience: - Education: Master's degree preferred - Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience as a Team Leader and in Sales Management preferred Location: The job is based in Noida or Gurgaon.
