Job Description

As a Change Management Leader in ISPL Operations, CIB-ITO team in Bangalore, your role will be to focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and project excellence to support Client Engagement, Protection, and Global Markets business lines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Operations. - Lead large-scale projects including workflow analysis, bottleneck identification, and process re-design. - Act as a Lean & Project Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to coach teams on Lean practices and company standards. - Report on progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership. - Partner with stakeholders across business lines to enable automation, efficiency & transparency. - Promote a culture of change, innovation, and problem-solving. **Qualifications Required:** - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory). - Strong track record in Lean / project improvement initiatives. - 12+ years of experience in change management / process excellence roles. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication & presentation skills. - Experience in Banking / Financial Services (preferred, not mandatory).
