Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations at Urban King Hotel, Rewari . The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives while ensuring a positive, ethical, and legally compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all hotel departments; build strong talent pipelines and ensure timely hiring. Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding programs and implement employee training for skill enhancement and growth. Employee Relations: Maintain a healthy workplace culture, resolve conflicts, and handle grievances fairly. Performance & Compliance: Oversee appraisals, set performance goals, and ensure adherence to all HR and labor laws. HR Operations: Supervise payroll, attendance, leave, and employee documentation with confidentiality and accuracy. Strategic HR Planning: Support management with HR insights, manpower planning, and regular reporting. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in HR / Business Administration (Masters preferred). Minimum 5 years of HR management experience , ideally in hospitality. Strong knowledge of HR laws, recruitment practices, and ethical standards . Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
